Olivia Manzagol has served as a senior economist across various divisions of the United States Department of Energy. Her work has covered finance, capital markets, energy, climate change, energy generation and distribution, pricing, technologies and consumption, as well as carbon taxes, carbon credits, policy and legislation.

As a strategic advisor, she works with corporations and think tanks on environmental, social and governance matters within the broader framework of sustainability. Her areas of expertise also include technology and artificial intelligence, corporate structuring and board governance, financial and policy sustainability, and energy.

An expert in energy, climate, environmental issues and finance, Manzagol completed her education at Georgia State University in Mathematics and Statistics, Finance, and Economics. She also contributes to research projects at universities in the United States and Europe in the fields of energy management and international sustainable finance.
