Rahaf Harfoush works at the intersection of emerging technology, digital culture, and organisational strategy. As Executive Director of the Red Thread Institute of Digital Culture, she advises leaders on how technological change is reshaping institutions, business models, and the future of work.
She brings extensive experience from both policy and academia. Rahaf serves on France’s National Digital Council and is a member of the UN Secretary-General’s High-level Advisory Body on Artificial Intelligence. She is also a Visiting Policy Fellow at the Oxford Internet Institute and an Affiliate at the Minderoo Centre for Technology and Democracy, contributing to global conversations on AI governance, democracy, and digital policy.
In France, she served on the presidential commission “Les Lumières à l’ère numérique,” examining the societal implications of the digital age. Alongside her policy work, she teaches “Innovation and Emerging Business Models” at Sciences Po School of Management and Innovation, supporting the next generation of leaders navigating technological disruption.
Rahaf is the author of “Hustle & Float” and “Yes We Did,” and co-author of “The Decoded Company,” a New York Times and USA Today bestseller and Gold Axiom Business Book Award winner.
