Throughout his professional life, Dr Ecmel Ayral has remained committed to continuous development in both academic and professional fields. He has taken part in local and international initiatives in corporate learning and development. As an executive and entrepreneur, he has also been active in the real estate, finance and tourism sectors at both local and global levels.<\/p>\n
As part of his academic career, which began in 2000, he taught a variety of courses at Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i University until 2021. His academic areas of interest include Organisational Behaviour, Organisation Theory and Strategic Management.<\/p>\n
Dr Ayral worked at Istanbul Bilgi University for many years as both a faculty member and a senior executive. In 2018, he returned to the university to serve as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees and CEO of Laureate T\u00fcrkiye. Following the transfer of the institution to new supporters, he handed over his responsibilities in 2020 and focused on his own ventures.<\/p>\n
Dr Ecmel Ayral continues his work in learning and development, which he considers his life\u2019s purpose, through UnLearn Academy, of which he is a co-founder. He also serves as a board member at KONDA Research and provides consultancy services on organisational development, with a particular focus on higher education institutions. In addition, he is involved as a board member and investor in educational technology ventures.<\/p>\n
He regularly contributes articles and commentary to the magazines and YouTube channels of Harvard Business Review and Forbes.<\/p>\n
In his talks and presentations, Dr Ayral focuses particularly on organisational management and leadership in chaotic environments. Using a sincere and interactive approach, he encourages audiences to become active participants in the session.
