Filiz Akdede- HP Large Format Group Europe Middle & Africa General Manager
Before her current role, Filiz Akdede worked as the Managing Director of HP Turkey for 5,5 years and she moved to Barcelona 3,5 years ago as EMEA Large Format General Manager.
She was selected one of the ‘Most Powerful Women CEO in Turkey’ by The Economist and Fortune in 2107 & 2018.
She graduated from Istanbul Bosphorus University Faculty of Economics. Also in 2017 she has graduated from Stanford University Leadership Program.
In HP, she hold various roles respectively: Category Manager Consumer Sales Director, Commercial Sales Director and Country General Manager.
She served as Retail Sales Director for Middle East, Mediterranean & Africa Region, total value of 900m$ sales per year, managed overall retail business in region, developed retail structure having end to end marketing responsibility.
Filiz Akdede attended the B20 Summit as member of “Employment & Diversity Committee”, worked as Board member of AmCham and worked as the lead of ‘ICT Committee’ of the biggest business affiliate in Turkey (TUSIAD). Currently she is member of EADA sustainability committee.
